These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by 100100 and the purchase of products offered through it. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use this website or place an order.

2. Eligibility
By placing an order on this website, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old, and
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
3. Products
100100 offers physical metal objects, which may be functional, decorative, or artistic in nature.
All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes only. Minor variations in appearance, finish, or color may occur and do not constitute a defect.
100100 reserves the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
4. Orders & Contract Formation
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only once payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.
100100 reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock limitations.
5. Prices & Payments
All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and are exclusive of shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers, including JCC and PayPal. 100100 does not store or process payment card details directly.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is subject to the terms outlined in our Shipping Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. 100100 is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title to the goods pass to the customer once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
100100 has no control over customs processing and bears no responsibility for delays or charges arising from customs authorities.
8. No Returns, No Refunds & Right of Withdrawal
All sales are final.
100100 does not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds.
In accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are custom-made, produced in limited quantities, or created as artistic or functional objects for specific use.
By placing an order, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that:
- the right of withdrawal is waived where legally applicable, and
- no returns or refunds are available once an order has been placed.
9. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
100100 is not responsible for loss, damage, or delay occurring after the order has been handed over to the carrier.
Any claims related to shipping damage or loss must be made directly with the carrier, in accordance with their policies.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, designs, logos, and product concepts, is the intellectual property of 100100 and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 100100 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase or use of any products.
100100’s total liability, where liability cannot be excluded, shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.
12. Force Majeure
100100 shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, postal disruptions, customs delays, pandemics, or governmental actions.
13. Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cyprus.
15. Changes to These Terms
100100 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect upon publication on this website.
Commissions
100100 offers commissions on a limited, discretionary basis.
All commission requests are subject to review and acceptance at the sole discretion of 100100. Submission of a commission request does not constitute an offer or guarantee of acceptance.
All commissioned works must align with the materials, processes, and aesthetic language currently employed by 100100. 100100 reserves the right to decline any commission request due to time constraints, technical limitations, or aesthetic considerations.
The minimum commission fee is €500, excluding shipping, taxes, and any additional costs, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Specific terms relating to pricing, scope, timelines, payment structure, and delivery will be communicated and agreed upon in writing prior to commencement of any commissioned work. Production will not begin until such terms are agreed and any required payment has been received.
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing:
- All commissioned works are non-returnable and non-refundable
- Minor variations in form, finish, dimensions, or material are inherent to commissioned and handmade works and do not constitute defects
- Intellectual property rights, including but not limited to design rights and authorship, remain with 100100
100100 reserves the right to request additional information, propose modifications, or discontinue discussions regarding a commission at any stage prior to formal acceptance.
Any commissioned work may be subject to a separate written agreement, which shall prevail in the event of any conflict with these Terms & Conditions.
