Shipping Information

100100 ships worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to payment.

Domestic Orders (within Cyprus)

Orders within Cyprus are shipped via GAP Akis Express.
Delivery costs are valculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery time for domestic orders is approximately 1-2 business days from the date of shipment.

International Orders

All international orders are shipped from Cyprus via Cyprus Post.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
A tracking number will be provided by email once the order has been dispatched.
Estimated delivery time for international orders is approximately 5-10 business days from the date of shipment.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, local postal services, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped to the United States, applicable tariffs are included in the final shipping price at checkout. However, 100100 bears no responsibility for any additional customs fees, duties, taxes, or charges imposed by customs authorities during transit or upon delivery.

For all other international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, fees, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Customs regulations and processing times vary by country and are outside the control of 100100.

Shipping Responsibility & Risk of Loss

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, 100100 is not responsible for shipping delays, lost shipments, stolen packages, or misdeliveries caused by the carrier, customs authorities, or third parties.

In accordance with applicable law, risk of loss and title for the goods pass to the customer upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. 100100 is not responsible for delays, losses, or returns resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

Any reshipment required due to address errors or failed delivery attempts may be subject to additional shipping charges.

No Returns, No Refunds & EU Right of Withdrawal Exemption

All sales are final.
100100 does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
In accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are:

  • custom-made or made to order,
  • produced in limited quantities, or
  • created as artistic or functional objects intended for specific use.

The metal objects sold by 100100 fall under these exemptions. By placing an order, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that:

  • the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply, and
  • no returns, cancellations, or refunds are available once an order has been placed, regardless of delivery delays, customs issues, or personal preference.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

100100 is not responsible for damage, loss, or delay occurring during transit. Any claims for damaged or missing parcels must be made directly with the carrier in accordance with their policies.
100100 does not guarantee replacements or refunds for damage or loss caused during shipping.

Force Majeure

100100 shall not be held liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, postal service disruptions, customs delays, pandemics, or governmental actions.
